So I’m learning that no one really knows how to deal with the flood of emotions that trample our paths sometimes. Some are better at bottling, some are better at exploding, but I’m witnessing an increasing number [not excluding myself by any means] that think they are good at structural release when in reality they are confusing emotions and letting the wrong ones fly at awkward moments.
I’m pretty sure the most common are anger and hurt. Its easy to be angry when we are hurt and its hard not to get hurt when we are angry; especially in interactions with loved ones.
