Swim. Bike. Run.


I never ever thought I would be that nutcase that was excited to run a marathon or giddy about a triathlon. I guess as we get older things change.

Life has fortunately & unfortunately happened. As awkward as that sounds, getting older is the reason I workout. As the years pass, I’ve found it harder to maintain my weight & I’ve landed some sugar issues.

Now at 31 years old, I love seeing my body change. I love being able to run longer, lift heavier & just keep going.

So yes, this is really gonna happen. I dunno which half triathlon I’m gonna do but sometime next spring it’s happening!
